Refund & Return Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing products, booking consultations, or placing an order through Esencia.

All Sales Are Final

Esencia does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on wellness products, personal care products, peptide-related products, temperature-sensitive items, opened items, or products that have left our facility or fulfillment process.

Product Integrity

For safety, quality, and product integrity reasons, products cannot be returned or resold once they have been shipped, delivered, opened, handled, or removed from controlled storage conditions.

Order Review

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, shipping information, quantities, and order selections prior to completing checkout. Once an order is placed, changes are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Esencia within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the packaging, and photos of the item received.

Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or store credit at Esencia’s discretion.

Shipping Delays

Esencia is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, delivery interruptions, incorrect shipping addresses, lost packages marked as delivered, or delays outside of our control.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable. If a consultation fee is eligible to be applied toward a product or wellness program, that credit must be used according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

No Refunds Based on Results

Esencia does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any product, consultation, or wellness-related purchase. Refunds are not issued based on individual expectations, preferences, or perceived results.
