When should I begin lymphatic drainage after surgery?
We generally recommend beginning treatment within 1–3 days after surgery, or once your surgeon has cleared you for post-operative lymphatic drainage.
How many sessions will I need?
Every recovery is different. Some clients benefit from just a few sessions, while others recovering from procedures such as Lipo 360, Mommy Makeovers, or multiple procedures may require ongoing treatments. Your provider will recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your healing progress.
Does lymphatic drainage hurt?
No. Post-operative lymphatic drainage is performed using gentle techniques specifically designed for healing tissues. Most clients describe the treatment as relaxing and notice increased comfort afterward.
Can I receive treatment if I still have drains?
Yes. Many clients begin treatment while drains are still in place, provided their surgeon has approved lymphatic drainage. Each treatment is carefully adapted to your stage of healing.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. If you have a compression garment or faja, please bring it with you unless your surgeon has instructed otherwise.
Can I book before my surgery?

Do I need a consultation first?
